Leasing & Application Process

Yes. Lease terms at Norra range from 6 to 14 months, giving prospects flexibility whether they seek stability or a transitional residence. This range allows residents to choose a term that aligns with their plans.
Your monthly rent covers your apartment home and full access to all community amenities. Utilities such as water, sewer, pest control, and trash services are billed separately based on usage. For the most current fee structure, please consult the community fees page.
Rent is paid online through the resident portal, where ACH transfers, debit cards, and credit cards are accepted. Automatic payments are available for added convenience and ease in managing your monthly obligations.

Pet Policy

Yes. Norra welcomes pets and features an on-site dog park and dog wash station for resident convenience. Nearby walking trails and greenbelt parks provide additional outdoor space for pets and owners alike.
The pet policy includes a one-time non-refundable fee of $500 per pet (maximum two pets per home) and monthly pet rent of $20 per pet. Qualified assistance animals are exempt from these fees.
Norra does enforce breed and exotic animal restrictions. Aggressive breeds are not permitted and aquariums larger than 20 gallons require an additional deposit and proof of insurance.
